PS4 Firmware Update 2.0 “Masamune”: Here’s How The Dashboard Will Look in All the Seven New Colors

on October 27, 2014 10:29 AM

Sony Computer Entertainment Japan and Asia released pictures of the PS4’s desktop with two of the colors which will be available with the 2.0 firmware update, while a while ago SCEA released pictures of the color slection menu.

This gives us enough data to put the two together and create a mock-up of the dashboard of the PS4 in all the new colors, catching a glimpse of how our console will look after the patch will be released tomorrow.

Below you can see the results after a few hours of Photoshop making sure that every detail matched.  Of course remember that the screenshots aren’t official ones from Sony, but mock-ups created by us and based on what Sony has shown of the update so far.

What’s your favorite color? Personally, I already know dark grey will be my choice.
