PS4/PS Vita Exclusive Dead or Alive Xtreme 3’s Character Vote Closed; Announcement Will Be Livestreamed

Koei Tecmo hosted a popularity vote to decide the nine Dead or Alive heroines that will appear in Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 for PS4 and PS Vita, and now the voting period has ended. Whatever the results are, they’re now set in stone.

If you’re curious to know who won, the livestream page is now available on Nico Nico, and the results will be broadcasted live from Tokyo Game Show on September 19th at 12:30 PM local time, alongside a few other stage show from Koei Tecmo.

Below you can see the full schedule. All times are JST:

September 17th: Starting at Noon local time: Hyrule Warriors Legends, Romance of the Three Kingdoms 13, Arslan: The Warriors of Legend.

September 18th: Starting at 11:00 AM local time: Winning Post series, Attack on Titan.

September 19th (Stage Shows):

  • 11:00 – Yoru No Nai Kuni, Atelier Sophie
  • 12:30 – Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 
  • 15:00 – Hyrule Warriors Legends
  • Following: Arslan: The Warriors of Legend tournament

September 19th (Booth):

  • 11:00 – Dead or Alive 5: Last Round
  • 12:00 – Yoru No Nai Kuni, Atelier Sophie, Atelier Quest Board.

September 20th (Stage Shows): Starting at 11:00 AM: Arslan: The Warriors of Legend, Cosplay Contest, Attack on Titan.

September 20th (Booth): Starting at noon: Romance of the Three Kingdoms 13, DEAD OR ALIVE Xtreme 3, Dynasty Warriors 15th anniversary show.

The latest partial results of the popularity vote have been published a few days ago, and below you can see the heroines that are on the way to make the cut. Of course things might still change with the final announcement:

  1. Marie Rose: 17.6%
  2. Honoka: 15.1%
  3. Kasumi: 12.3%
  4. Ayane: 8.6%
  5. Kokoro: 8.3%
  6. Nyotengu: 7.7%
  7. Hitomi: 5.9%
  8. Momiji: 4.5%
  9. Helena: 4.3%

Interestingly, Leifang was very close to Helena with 4.2%. We’ll have to wait and see who made it in for that final spot.
