Sega released today a new Yakuza Zero video starring Producer Masayoshi Yokoyama as he introduces the free PlayStation Vita companion app that will be made available on the Japanese PSN on February 26th, ahead of the game’s release (scheduled for March 12th in Japan).

The app will allow the player to enjoy several minigames on PlayStation Vita, and reap the benefits on the main game on PS4 and PS3.

There’s something for everyone, from gambling to actual action-based ring fights using the same mechanics of the main game. It even comes with a few classic Sega games, including a special version of Super Monkey Ball.
