A little while ago Square Enix announced Dragon Quest Buildersr, basically a mash-up between Dragon Quest and Minecraft, mixing block building and JRPG Elements.

Today they finally showcased the first gameplay footage, that you can see below. The second video showcases a teaser of the main villain, the Dragonlord, returning from the original Dragon Quest.

Dragon Quest Builders will release in Japan this winter. Below you can also see the slides of the presentation.
