Quantic Dream to Open Official Twitter Account and Strengthening Testing Team; Is Something Coming?

on April 9, 2015 2:34 PM

Quantic Dream is working on one or more PS4 games, but they managed to keep the nature of their projects remarkably hidden from the public eye. That said, something might be moving.

Co-Founder Guillaume de Fondaumière asked the owner of the @QuanticDream account on Twitter to abandon it, as the studio is planning to soon create its own official account.

Normally, when a studio plans to improve its social media presence, it means that it has something to say. This also comes shortly after the opening of Quantic Dream’s new official website. The studio’s current main social media foray, its Facebook Fan Page was opened just before the release of Omikron: The Nomad Soul.

Interestingly, something is moving even on the play testing side of things. Quantic Dream just published two career opportunity ads to strenthen its QA team, looking to hire a new Quality Assurance Manager and a Quality Assurance Tester in order to oversee and execute the testing of its “AAA Game.”

This intention to strengthen the studio’s testing team might be another indication that we’re getting close to a development milestone.

Over the next few months both E3 and Gamescom would be perfect venues for the much awaited announcement. Will we finally know what Quantic Dream is working on?
