Today Remedy Entertainment Head of Communications Thomas Puha provided a bit more color on the upcoming two games in the development at the studio, one of which is code named “P7simply because it’s the seventh project the studio is working on.

First of all, he mentioned that it won’t take five years for the next games to come out.

Interestingly, Puha mentioned that developer is focusing on creating deeper and better gameplay mechanics for its upcoming projects.

We also get an update on how many developers are currently working at Remedy, split on two games.

Last September, Remedy Entertainment announced that it’s using the Umbra middleware in order to work on multiple games at the same time and releasing them more often. We do know that neither of the projects currently in development is a sequel of the studio’s cult title Alan Wake.
