Gung Ho Online Entertainment released a new batch of information and screenshots about their upcoming JRPG Ragnarok Odyssey Ace, that will hit the Japanese shelves on August the 29th.

First of all we learn that the demo will be released in Japan on August the 8th, giving us a glimpse on the ACE skills that have been introduced earlier.

Secondly, we learn about the Tower of the World Tree, an endgame randomly generated dungeon that changes every time it’s challenged. Players will find a storage box every five floors, letting them change equipment and replenish.

In order to enter the dungeon players will need a “Drop of the World Tree” which can be acquired in several ways. It can be purchased at Norn’s trading shop, dropped by monsters inside the tower itself, and acquired as a reward for clearing it.

Inside the tower players will be challenged by the “Ordeal of Valkyrie”. It’s advisable to complete those, as they will grant the status “Valhalla”, that gives a variety of advantages. Clearing those challenges many times can grant the “Ragnarok” event, that gives a large amount of loot.

Finally, we meet Norn, that represents the new generation of the trade association and owns the trading shop that bears her name. She will be instrumental in helping adventurers challenge the Tower of the World Tree.

Below you can see a gallery with screenshots and artwork showing the tower and Norn herself.
