Last year, indie devs Boss Baddie came out with an awesome dual-stick shooter called Big Sky. The action was chaotic, the graphics were a visual splooge-gasm, and it was a solid shooter.
Now they're back with sequel, called Really Big Sky, and man, it looks like the first one, times fifty million AWWWWWW YEEAAAAAHs. It seems to follow the same general gameplay as the first one: each level is procedurally generated, and you'll likely start off dying instantly. You only have one hit before you're dead, after all.
That may sound frustrating, but after every death you have the opportunity to upgrade your ship's weapons, so after a while into the game, you'll end up with lasers.
Really freaking big lasers.
You'll come across other upgrades as well, but they won't stand a chance against GINORMOUS lasers. Anywho, the game's available now, and if you're on the fence, I highly recommend you check out the demo on their site.
