The Microsoft Store recently leaked that the ReCore Definitive Edition will release later this month on Xbox One. It will include additional content.

The listing must have been accidentally published ahead of time, considering that the game was supposed to be revealed on Sunday.

ReCore Definitive Edition is currently priced at $19.99 and is set to be released on August 29th. The Definitive Edition will include HDR support, and once the Xbox One X is finally released, the game will feature enhanced visuals on the system. Additionally, the new edition will feature a new adventure called Eye of Obsidian and a fifth Corebot T8-NK, which is a Corebot featured on the box art for the standard edition but was unavailable in the title.

Currently, Microsoft has yet to comment on the Windows 10 version of the ReCore Definitive Edition.

Set 200 years in the future, players control Joule Adams, who volunteered to become a part of the utopian colony of Far Eden, prior to the events of the game. She wakes up from her cryo-sleep to find that the mission was unsuccessful. Accompanied by three corebot companions, Joule ventures across Far Eden to learn the secrets behind the failed mission.

Originally announced during E3 2015, ReCore is an action-adventure platformer co-developed by Mighty No. 9's Comcept and Armature Studio and was released on the 13th of September last year on Xbox One and PC. After it was published, Microsoft started offering a free trial of the game for those interested in trying out the title before.
