Reedus and Rooker Sign On To Portray Dixon Brothers in Walking Dead: Survival Instinct

on November 30, 2012 8:54 PM

Good news from Terminal Reality and Activision, as they confirm that Norman Reedus and Michael Rooker have signed on to portray their television counterparts in the upcoming The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct. The first person shooter will serve as a prequel of sorts to the television series, depicting the Dixon brothers as they try to reach Atlanta. The player controls Daryl, wielding a crossbow as he attempts to shoot or sneak his way to “safety”.

Terminal Reality went on to say that “their addition is central… to delivering an engrossing, original experience that stays authentic to the characters”. The more fidelity between genres the better. The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct sneaks its way onto shelves in 2013 and will be available on PC, Xbox 360, and PS3.
