In the latest venture in cross-IP exclusive promotions, Capcom has announced that the demo for Resident Evil 6 is available today if you own Dragon's Dogma on the Xbox 360. The demo will allow you to play through three different missions taken from each of the games separate campaigns playing as Leon S. Kennedy, Chris Redfield and Jake Muller & Sherry Berkin.

I'm not sure how to feel about this. A promotional exclusive beta invite or something like that is one thing but having the actual demo for a game be tied to a particular game? It makes excellent sense from a marketing perspective but as a gamer I'm a little upset. Too few games get a demo these days and you essentially have to pay for access to this one in particular.
