on July 3, 2016 11:15 PM

Capcom Announced today via press release that the PS4 demo of Resident Evil VII released during E3 reached two million downloads.

On top of that, we also learn that the demo has been the most downloaded single player demo on PS4 during the first week of its availability in North America.

“We would like to thank all our fans for the feedback and support – the nail-biting exploration and terrifying atmosphere in the demo is just a taste of what can be expected when the game releases on January 24, 2017.”

We’re going to hold you to that promise, Capcom.
