End of Eternity Character Customization In Detail

I raved the other day about the character customization in the upcoming tri-Ace RPG End of Eternity.  Now, we have more details on that feature of the game – and my is it some sweet stuff.  Take a look at the video below.  Here, you’re treated to a few things.  The first half shows off the very intricate visual customization you can do with your characters – change clothes, accessories, hair color, eye color (check out one of the shots of the girl with one eye blue and the other green) and who knows what else.  The interface is impressive – it’s very clean and smooth.  Nice looking, too!

After that peek at what is, I’m sure, the tip of the iceberg when it comes to dressing up your characters, we’re shown the changes in an action-packed battle.  The transition shows bullet holes on the screen, that’s sweet!  You know what else is sweet?  The way these battles look.  The animation is smooth, the camera angles are great and the combat looks fun.

I personally can’t wait to get my hands on this title, as I’m sure a North American release date will be announced before too much longer.  Right now, it’s set to hit the shelves in Japan on January 28.
