Ridge Racer: Accelarated Hits iPhone

Ridge Racer: Accelerated has made its way to the iPhone. One of the oldest racing series in gaming has finally hit the Apple App Store for an affordable price of $2.99.

Don’t think you’ll be getting a barrage of cars and tracks, though, The iPhone version comes with three cars and two tracks (yuck!) as per initial reviews of the game. If you’re a fan of the series – and I’m pretty sure there are, as I am one of them as well – I see no reason not to try this game. The majority of the Ridge Racer games that have released throughout my twenty-five years of gaming have always been rated from good to great. And although the iPhone version has miniature content when compared to the console versions, it’s still appealing – especially seeing that the game looks great.

We haven’t gotten a chance to get our hands on this baby yet. But, once we do, we’ll write some impressions/reviews with regards to how good or bad the game is to us.
