Rime is Getting a Physical Launch

Yesterday, developer Tequila Works “re-revealed” its single-player puzzle adventure game, Rime (which was formerly a PS4 exclusive), for not only PS4, but Xbox one, PC, and the upcoming Nintendo Switch. Further, the developer revealed the game is also finally set to release sometime in May 2017.

The news come from Amazon and Best Buy listings of the game, both which list a physical PS4 and Xbox One version of the game for $29.99 USD.

Further, Amazon specifically lists the game as a May 9th release, however, as of right now an official date has not been divulged, so it’s best to take this date with a grain of salt.

A physical version for the Nintendo Switch can’t be found, however, retailers are likely not listing Switch games until after Nintendo’s big January 12th event. That being said, it’s probably safe to assume a physical version will come to the Switch as well.
