QubicGames' latest release, Robonauts, launched this week for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch bringing classic arcade shooting to both popular gaming platforms. To welcome players to the new title, a launch trailer was release flaunting the game's cartoonish art style and fast-paced gameplay.

Robonauts appeals to all ages with casual and hard difficulty settings boasting mechanics that are easy-to-learn, but hard-to-master. Travelling through twelve unique planetary systems, players will shoot their way through a plethora of different enemies using a variety of weapons. All of this can be done solo or in multiplayer so your friends and family can join in.

Robonauts also features music composed by industry veteran, Simon Viklund. While he has worked on numerous titles during his career, he may be most known for his work on Bionic Commando (2009) and the Payday series. Additionally, he has done voice work for a handful of games such as Ballistics and Bionic Commando Rearmed. His most notable role would be Bain, a supporting character in the Payday series.

Robonauts is available digitally for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 right now. The arcade style shooter usually costs $14.99, but QubicGames is selling the game for 10% off for two weeks after the game's launch.
