Rocket League is Going Back to the Future with DeLorean Car Pack on October 21

In celebration of the 30th anniversary of Back to the Future this month, the date that Marty McFly first entered the future in Back to the Future II, October 21, is rapidly approaching and Psyonix’s addictive soccer car title Rocket League is honoring the occasion with a time machine of its own.

Developer Psyonix announced that a special Back to the Future Car Pack will be arriving on October 21st, 2015 with, you guessed it, a special and suped-up DeLorean time machine ready to boost up and strike some goals.

While we can’t quite confirm on whether this DeLorean will be able to break 88mph (most likely yes), but we can confirm that the new Back to the Future Car Pack will retail on all platforms for $1.99 when it releases this month, and may or may not exceed 1.21 gigawatts of fun.

Rocket League is currently available on PS4 and PC, with the Back to the Future Car Pack to release on October 21st, 2015, just in time for Marty McFly’s arrival. In the meantime, you can check out a trailer and images of the DeLorean below:
