Rocksmith Increases Hipster Cred With Black Keys DLC

on January 3, 2012 4:00 PM

Rocksmith is stepping it up a notch this week by adding a few songs from the beloved band The Black Keys to their repertoire everywhere. Hipsters around the world promptly deleted their discography from their iTunes playlist and threw their CDs and records out the window in disgust at their corporate success. Starting today you’ll be able to download the songs “Gold on the Ceiling”, “Mind Eraser”, and “Just Got to Be.” The songs will cost 240 Microsoft Points/$2.99 individually or in a pack for 640 points / $7.99.

John is what you might call something of a badass. When he's not writing about games or playing them, he's playing in the Kansas City band "Documentary" and drinking as many different beers as often as he can. He's a huge comic nerd in the best sense of the term, with a particular love for the Creator Owned movement.
