One of the denizens over at NeoGAF has uncovered what could be proof confirming Gran Turismo 6’s development. What this also proves is that LinkedIn is a godsend for us gaming journalists, and the last place any game developer would want to post any secrets.

The forum user screen-captured the profile of Brian Dunn, Sony Computer Entertainment America’s associate brand manager. In his profile, he lists Gran Turismo 5 and GT5 Prologue as titles he previously worked on, in addition to the GT franchise as a whole. What lends credence to the GT6 rumor is the fact that he lists it in the present tense as a title that he is currently helping to develop. Also named were MotorStorm, Journey, Carnival Island, The Last Guardian(!), and unannounced titles. The blurb has since been removed from his profile.

Sony has yet to officially comment on the existence of Gran Turismo 6, but with E3 right around the corner, it is not unreasonable to hold out hope for an announcement of some sort.
