Pokemon GO is the latest craze sweeping North America and Europe, and supposedly the birthplace of Pokemon will get to play the craze tomorrow.
According to TechCrunch’s unnamed sources, both the wildly popular mobile game as well as the McDonald’s collaboration will come tomorrow. Recently, Niantic’s CEO John Hanke had listed the delay as a result of the overwhelming demand they expect.
The previously mentioned McDonald’s collaboration will turn over 3,000 Japanese McDonald locations into gyms on the AR title.
As everyone undoubtedly knows, Pokemon GO released on July 6, 2016 in select markets (Austraila and the United States), later expanding to European markets. The iOS/Android game — developed by Niantic and published by The Pokemon Company — has not yet released in any Asian country (excluding New Zealand and Australia).
