Gamescom is right around the corner, and the anticipation for the event builds with every passing day. All eyes will be on Sony next month, due not only to the rumor that more information will be given regarding the PS3-exclusive, Final Fantasy Versus XIII, but that the company will reveal two unannounced games.

A German website has alleged that invitations sent out by Sony detailed which games they will be showing at the event – Beyond: Two Souls was noticeably absent – including PlayStation All-Stars: Battle Royale, Call of Duty: Declassified, Assassin’s Creed III, Soul Sacrifice, The Unfinished Swan, Dust 514, The Last of Us, Wonder Book: A Book of Spells, and an update on the status of the LittleBigPlanet franchise. An addendum at the end of the invitation dropped the hint of two new games that will be shown to attendees.

Sony has yet to make any official announcement regarding any unannounced titles that they may be showing at Gamescom. The event is scheduled to run from August 15th to the 19th, 2012.
