THQ has confirmed to Eurogamer that Saints Row 3 will be dropping this Autumn. No details have been given at this time other than that, but a confirmation is good enough at this point. THQ's CEO Brian Farrell had this to say;
"In the Fall, we plan to launch the latest installment of our Saints Row franchise, which we view as a significant growth driver in fiscal 2012. Volition is setting a new bar for this outstanding franchise and we look forward to unveiling this game in the near future."
Color me excited. Saints Row 2 was one of the absolute funnest games I've played in a very long time, with a great story as well that didn't get in the way. Some games distract you from their gangster story by making you go bowling...some let you drive a septic truck and shoot poop at houses.
