Frontwing announced the release date for their ongoing visual novel, Corona Blossom Vol 2: The Truth From Beyond is set to launch on PC-via Steam on October 27.

This will the be the second entry in the visual novel series that finds a mech engineer, Keiji Osaki, in a predicament to find a way home for an adorable girl from space named R-ne.

The developer details further:

After whiling away much of the summer together, the two of them make a promise: They're going to return R-ne to her home planet.

Their plans are interrupted, though, by another couple of new arrivals to Hanma Town: the headstrong space pirates (or "rare metal hunters") Lily and Yunie.

Will Keiji and his friends ever be able to return R-ne to space?

And what will become of the group's budding romances?

The truth always emerges from the place you'd least expect...

Additionally, the game can still be pre-ordered for $15 from the developers indiegogo page which gives buyers the +18 patch. It was revealed that the patch would completely remove the mosaics of the in game CGs.
