Scribblenauts Moves More Than One Million Units

Sorry, I had to use that picture. Anytime I hear the number, one million, I instinctively think of Dr. Evil. Anyways, Warner Bros. Interactive announced today that Scribblenauts, the puzzle game for Nintendo DS and DSi has sold over one million units worldwide since its launch on September 15th, 2009.

Using just a stylus, notepad and imagination Scribblenauts became a huge hit for the DS during the Holiday season of last year. Scribblenauts didn’t become a hit and hasn’t sold that many units without reason either, the game has received over 50 interactive entertainment awards to date.

Will we see a Scribblenauts sequel? Most likely, my only hope is that it is called Scribblenauts 2: Electric Boogaloo.

Currently going to school in Indiana so when Drew isn't studying, you can find him playing games. Though he is typically playing games from this current generation, he'll still bust out classic consoles for a night of nostalgic gaming. If he is not studying or gaming, he is usually out working on his photography. Thinks sleep is for the weak. Favorite Games: Metal Gear Solid, Mega Man 2, Goldeneye
