New Senran Kagura: Peach Beach Splash Screenshots Reveal Girls, “Big Boobs HyperCards” on Famitsu

Today’s issue of Weekly Famitsu included a spread on the upcoming Senran Kagura: Peach Beach Splash, that will release in Japan exclusively for PS4 on March 16th.

We get the reveal of several more characters that will participate in the game, including the girls of Homura’s Crimson Squad (Homura, Yomi, Hikage, Mirai and Haruka), and Hebijo Clandestine Girls’ Academy (Miyabi, Murasaki, Imu, Ryobi and Ryona).

We also get to see the introduction of several features. First of all, we see the game’s finishers, through which it’s possible to drench the girls beyond simply making their costumes sheer. By aiming at their bottoms and chests, it’s possible to achieve charming finishes, including bikini malfunctions.

Since Ninja skills are forbidden in the water gun turnament, they’re replaced by 810 different “Big Boobs HyperCards” (I’m not making this up, I swear), allowing you to customize the loadout of your favorite girls.

There are ten different kinds of cards and can be purchased in game or obtained by clearing challenges. They can also be synthesized and leveled up.

Skill cards have a variety of effects, and can be used to restore a companion’s physical strength, to lower the attack power of the enemy, and more. You can equip six skill cards at the same time, and you should select them according to their compatibility with your gun and your role in battle.

Otomo cards give you the power to activate Otomo support characters. Their ability varies, like aiding attack or recovery. You can equip three Otomo at the same time.

You can also equip one weapon card that determines which kind of weapon you use. Five new weapons (in addition to the ones introduced in the past) are introduced today.

Sniper rifles can attack from long range, with high damage and high water consumption. The twin-handguns allow you to fire two shots at the same time on a wide field. They consume little water, but that doesn’t impact their power too negatively.

Silenced handguns let you attack your opponents by surprise from hiding. Spray guns consume a lot of water, but let you attack with a continuous stream. Shower guns have very short range, but they can deal a lot of damage thanks to their continuous stream.

You can check out all the screenshots and artwork below, keeping in mind that we’re looking at magazine scans, hence quality isn’t comparable to direct feed screenshots.
