Following the announcement a few weeks ago, today sees the official foundation of Honey Parade Games, the new studio formed under the umbrella of Marvelous Entertainment with Senran Kagura Producer Kenichiro Takaki at the helm as Representative Director.

The studio comes with a founding capital of ten million yen, and is dedicated to the creation of home console games, online games and video content. Its main headaquarters are located in the Tokyo ward of Shinagawa, within Marvelous’ own offices.

The official website was also opened today, including a message from Kenichiro Takaki himself:

“Were you able to become as an adult what you imagined as a child, creating something you dreamed about, being involved in your passion, achieving your goal and smiling? The future is what we make as players, creators, distributors and sellers.

It’s ok if it isn’t perfect. There is a light that can be seen only by those who tried to advance, and there is always a way.

We’re seeking the honey of fun that no one has noticed yet, and we’ll continue our parade to get there one day.”
