Back in April, Tequila Works and Cavalier Game Studios’ The Sexy Brutale got a physical “Full House Edition” for PS4 in Europe, but North American fans were left high and dry.

Luckily, things are about to be equalized, as the studios partnered once more with BadLand Games to bring the Full House Edition to the other side of the Atlantic. The package will launch in North America on August 8th.

The edition will be available only for PS4, and it will cost $29.99. Pre-orders should be starting to come online right now as I’m writing. The box will include full-color manual/art-book hybrid and the original soundtrack on a physical CD.

If you’re not familiar with the game, you can find a few bullet points below, describing it in a nutshell.

  • Unique ‘Groundhog Day’ puzzle concept: Spend hours upon hours exploring a single day from different perspectives and locations;
  • Immersive, Detailed Storylines: Attention to detail is a must if you intend to save each guest from an early grave;
  • Robust Exploration: Each area includes its own scenario, characters and puzzles;
  • A Mansion of Possibilities: Plenty of room to experience the darkly humorous murder mystery that takes place within a huge manor;
  • Exotic Cast of Characters: Nine unique guests have put their lives in the player’s hands;
  • Acquire Special Powers: Each victim the player saves grants special abilities on the quest to uncover the secret at the heart of The Sexy Brutale.

Below you can check out a few screenshots from the game, and a mockup of the Full House Edition. You can also enjoy a trailer from when it was announced for Europe.
