At The Game Awards, Chair announced that Shadow Complex Remastered will be released on PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 sometime next year. You can also grab a free copy of the Remaster on PC for a limited time at their site.

Shadow Complex originally launched on Xbox 360 in 2010, and was part of the backwards compatibility list for Xbox One when the new Xbox experience launched on November 12.

Shadow Complex Remastered will include "all new achievements and master challenges," and you can check out some screenshots of it in the gallery below.
