Shaken Not Stirred, New Bond Game Crams Six Movies into One

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the James Bond franchise the folks at Activision have announced 007 Legends, a new kind of Bond game that will tie together six classic James Bond adventures.

Developed by Eurocom, the team behind the recent GoldenEye reboot, 007 Legends will feature an over arching story line that covers six films as well as some multiplayer favorites and extras from last year’s title, all of which will be combined with characters from 50 years of Bond History.

The game will finish off with “Skyfall”– the 23rd Bond film slated for release in 2012. For the first time ever in a 007 title, you’ll be able to play through the eyes of some infamous Bond villains. They’re calling it an homage to the  franchise and with that said, I’m crossing my fingers for Sean Connery to make his Bond video game debut.

They haven’t released any screens with the announcement, but this is one we will certainly keep our eyes on this one especially with E3 just around the corner.
