Atlus' remake of Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 2: Innocent Sin for the PSP feels like it has been coming out for a while.  Now, hot on the heels of the Persona 4 announcements, Persona 2 has finally gotten its release date.  SMT: Persona 2 will come out in less than 3 weeks on September 20th.  To celebrate, Atlus has released a new trailer to get you even more excited for Persona 2.  Hit the jump to see it.

This was the only Persona game that was not originally released in America.  It's pretty cool to see Atlus reviving these games, as the original Persona for PSP was great in an old-school-JRPG way.  I prefer the added social elements of Persona 3 and 4, but the original Persona remake on PSP that came out recently was still a blast.  If you are a fan, there is still time to pre-order the game and get the bonus soundtrack too.
