Shiny Split/Second Box Art, New Screens

Today Disney Interactive announced a release date for their upcoming arcade/reality series/racer game Split/Second.  That is way too many slashes in one sentence.  Anyway, it’ll be released on the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 in North America on May 18 and in Europe on May 21.  Split/Second is set in a world much like our own where there are reality TV shows about anything and everything imaginable.  This fictional TV show sees players not only racing, but also exploding things along the way, altering the track and the environment, in an attempt to toss your opponents for a loop.  It is very arcade-racer-esque, which isn’t a bad thing!  After the jump you’ll find the final box art for all three platforms, as well as a smattering of new screens that DIS released along with the date the game will be on store shelves.
