ShockCast Episode 24: Our Most Anticipated Games for Fall 2010In case you didn’t know or have been living under a rock for the past few days a little title by the name of StarCraft II has been released. The series, who’s predecessor was released before some of our readers we’re even in kindergarten has been going strong for the last 12 years. To say that it’s release has been highly anticipated would be an understatement, and that’s why we devoted the first segment of this episode to Blizzard’s genre defining RTS title. For our second main topic, since we’re e currently at the end of July and almost near the end of the summer gaming drought we thought what better time to discuss our most anticipated titles for the upcoming season. Considering that we’re all gamers with different taste on the staff, you really get to hear a nice spread of everything you should be looking forward to in the coming months. We close it out with a discussion on hardware color and whether or not it matters. Does a black Wii sell better then a white one, and if so, why? These topics as well as the week in news discussed on this week’s show. We also mix in the usual ShockCast flavor as icing on the cake so make sure to listen in you won’t be disappointed.
