Today developer and publisher THQ Nordic announced that its upcoming extended version of Sine Mora, titled Sine Mora EX, will be released on August 8th, 2017 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC.
In addition to the announcement of the release date, it was also confirmed that the game would be getting a physical release, and that it would be out the same day as the digital release.
The extended version of game includes a myriad of new features not found in the original release, such as a 16:9 aspect ratio, full english voices, local co-op, three new versus modes, and new challenge levels. If you’re playing on the PlayStation 4 Pro or PC, you’ll be able to take advantage of the game’s native 4K resolution and 60 frames-per-second.
The extended version of the game was originally announced by THQ Nordic back in March when it was also revealed that it would be porting deBlob to Windows PC. In June a Nintendo Switch version of the game was announced. The Nintendo Switch version of the game is still in development and is scheduled to be released sometime later this summer, however a more exact release date was not revealed.
The original Sine Mora was released for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, and Windows PC back in 2012.
