Sleeping Dogs: Year of the Snake Trailer is Packed with Police Action

Warning: The following post includes spoilers from the Sleeping Dogs main storyline. If you didn’t play the game, you may want to just skip to the trailer without reading.

In Sleeping Dogs you play a cop, but since he’s undercover you don’t get to play cop very much. The Year of the Snake  expansion released today amends that by extending the story of the game after Wei Shen’s return to the police force an pitches him against a doomsday cult.

Priced at 560 MSP or $6.99, the add-on also includes three new outfits, two new weapons and two new abilities for us to enjoy, and honestly I’m quite happy to see Wei’s story extended, since Sleeping Dogs definitely left me wanting for more (in a good way).

To give us a glimpse on what the pack will entail Square Enix published a new trailer today, filled with the customary explosions and crashes, and Wei Shen in a rather unflattering street cop uniform. You can enjoy it below.
