Sony has a tendency to release slimmer models of their gaming hardware. This time it’s their handheld, the PlayStation Vita, which has lost some weight. The new model of the system will come with a copy of Borderlands 2 for a limited time.
The PlayStation Vita slim (not the official name but everyone is going to call it this) is 20% slimmer and 15% lighter than the original model. It has 1GB of internal memory, an extended battery life, an LCD screen and rounded edges. It should be noted that the original PlayStation Vita had an OLED screen.
The Borderlands 2 bundle pack includes the game and an 8GB memory card. The game contains all six DLCs that were released for it.
The PlayStation Vita slim is now available in stores for $199.99.
