Sony Could Add More Theaters for PlayStation’s E3 Press Conference: “Response Was Incredible”

on June 2, 2014 5:24 AM

If you’re one of the many that have been left out by the tickets for PlayStation’s E3 Press Conference move theater experience selling out, there may still be some hope according to host Geoff Keighley, that responded to a Twitter user asking if there’s any chance that Sony will add more theaters to the bunch:

I think they are looking into it. The response was incredible.

The move would definitely make sense, considering that tickets ran out in just a few hours. It’s pretty obvious that demand far surpasses availability in this case.

It’ll be interesting to see what’s awaiting for us at the press conference. One thing is for sure: you don’t rent out movie theaters nationwide to show Mary Poppins.
