Sony Japan Studio’s PS Vita Exclusive Freedom Wars Releasing in Japan This Summer; Will Have a Demo

During a stage event at Taipei Game Show Sony Computer Entertainment Japan and Asia announced the release window of Japan Studio’s PS Vita exclusive Freedom Wars.

The game will launch in Japan and in the Asian region this Summer, and will also have a demo. It was defined “limited trial,” but at the moment it’s unclear whether that “limited” means in content or time.

We also learned that a new portal site dedicated to the game will be opened in February, promising regular updates on development.

At the moment there’s no official word on a western release date, but considering the fact that it’s a first party game, the odds are pretty good.
