It's always saddening to see good folks in the gaming industry lose their job, and the recent video titled "Experience Life at Sony Santa Monica" that could originally be found here has now been removed by Sony itself.

Most probably Sony decided to take it down because it showcased many talented developers that now aren't working at the studio anymore, but luckily the video lives on thanks to IGN's channel.

You can see it at the bottom of the post to honor those that have been let go. We all hope they'll find a new place to express their talent and creativity soon.
