Sony Uses Numbers and Words to Prove That the Move is...Something

Looks like the PR geniuses at Sony are working overtime this holiday season to convince us that the Move is the coolest motion gaming system on the market today.  Here’s a cute little poster they’ve just released, highlighting “The Momentum of PlayStation Move” by posting neat little statistics and factoids about the peripheral and its “unparalleled precision and intuitive” gaming.

…Oh wait, did I say “neat”?  I meant “hilariously pathetic and reeking of desperation”.  The poster boils down to “LOOK AT HOW MANY PEOPLE SAID THEY WERE PLANNING ON BUYING THE MOVE!  IT’S SOOOOO MANY PEOPLE!”

The best part?  The fact that you can’t even read the source of all these statistics, because the original image really is that small.  Great job Sony; you’ve got this gamer wanting a Move from Santa Claus this Christmas.

NOT.

Allen is an utter whore of a gamer; he's completely open-minded to all games, be they AAA blockbusters or $5 casual children's games. His focus is on indie games specifically, valuing gameplay and ingenuity over sparkly visuals and ridiculous gimmicks. When he's not geeking out over the newest art game, he's out toning his sexy, sculpted shoulders while surfing epic 1.5ft waves, or having a good time with local, high-gravity microbrews.
