South Park Xbox 360 Edges Out PS3 Version, While Thief on PS4 Keeps Outselling Xbox One Version in UK

Chart-Track just posted last week’s sales chart for games in the UK and Ubisoft’s South Park: The Stick of Truth debuts at number one with the Xbox 360 version and second with the PS3 version.

According to the firm the game sold 53% of its units on 360, 41% on PS4 and 6% on PC. In the meanwhile, the PS4 version of Thief (that dipped 48% in overall sales from last week), that ranked 3rd, keeps outselling the Xbox One version.

On the other hand Microsoft still holds Thief‘s old generation sales, with the Xbox One version pushing ahead of the PS3 one.

It’s also the first time a RPG debuts at number one since Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch, and for an RPG lover like me, that’s definitely a breath of fresh air…even if the air isn’t always that fresh in South Park: The Stick of Truth.

Below you can see the full ranking, courtesy of NeoGaf user Mpl90. New Releases are bolded.

Definitely a multi-platform gamer, he still holds the old dear PC nearest to his heart, while not disregarding any console on the market. RPGs (of any nationality) and MMORPGs are his daily bread, but he enjoys almost every other genre, prominently racing simulators, action and sandbox games. He is also one of the few surviving fans of the flight simulator genre on Earth.
