SpeedRunners Dashes Onto the Scene With New Announcement Trailer

For yet another funny parody on Batman‘s quest for justice, look no further than the SpeedRunners announcement trailer, which introduces the four player competitive platforming the game offers.

The trailer, which you can view below, tasks players with trying to leave their opponents in the dust, while avoiding the obstacles and trapsthat come their way. The game can be played with up to four people locally or online, and has each player viewing the same screen. Players can also pick up power ups and weapons along the way, all for the sake of disposing of their enemies, and running off-screen to win the match.

SpeedRunners‘s publisher tinyBuild Games (the publishers behind the indie hit No Time To Explain) and developer DoubleDutch Games say that the game is best-enjoyed using an Xbox 360 PC controller. You can sign up for the private beta on the tinyBuild Games website, which is scheduled for Mid-July; the game will be available to everyone else soon after with Steam’s Early Access.
