Splinter Cell Conviction Delayed

on July 27, 2009 1:00 PM

Those of you who’ve been sporting a chubby since E3’s announcement, and footage, of Splinter Cell: Conviction will probably want grab a seat and take a deep breath.  It looks like our renegade friend, Sam Fisher, won’t be stealthing a damn thing but his release date for Ubisoft’s new installment of the Splinter Cell series from the fourth quarter of 2009 to the first quarter of 2010.  If you’re not familiar with quarters, that could be anywhere from the beginning of January to the ending of March.

Avoid punching mirrors, for now.  I’m pretty sure they’ve delayed it again to work out kinks that will enhance your experience.  At least we know it’s actually coming.  The same thing can’t be said for other titles… ***Looks over at Duke Nukem Forever*** What a damn shame.
