Squids Odyssey Will Slingshot Towards a Spring Release for Wii U and 3DS, Trailer and Screenshots Available

on February 15, 2014 4:05 PM

Originally set to release fall of 2013, Squids Odyssey will now make its debut this spring on the 3DS and Wii U eShop. The tactical RPG will have players fighting battles by slingshotting various oceanic objects at mutated crabs and shrimps.

Even though it combines the first two episodes of the original Squids and Squids Wild West, new campaigns have been added, a new Squid hero will be featured and controls have been tweaked.

In addition to all these new changes, players can form teams from 15 Squids across four classes to tackle over 90 missions. For those concerned about the safety of the squids, 65 stat-boosting helmets will be available for use.
