SSX Pushed Back, But Not By That Much

Creative Director for SSX, Todd Batty, recently made a post on the SSX DevBlog revealing that the team has decided to push SSX back a little bit to give the game some more polish.  If you’re frothing at the mouth for the game, don’t go rabid quite yet, as he revealed that it has only been pushed back a few weeks until February 28th.  Batty stated that he wants to be sure the game lives up to the legacy of games like SSX: Tricky and SSX 3.

While some may be disappointed, I will once again state that more development time is almost always a great thing, and can only help to polish a game.  Well, unless you’re Duke Nukem Forever, but we won’t go there right now.  While you’re waiting, Batty revealed a new trailer composed almost entirely of gameplay footage, which you can check out after the jump.
