Stand-Alone PS Vita 2000 Finally Appears on Amazon, For the Same Price as the Bundle

on November 21, 2014 2:58 PM

Many have been waiting for the release of a stand-alone edition of the “new” (very relatively new, by now) PlayStation Vita 2000 in the US, and looks like it might be happening. Amazon just listed a stand-alone pack available for pre-order and releasing on December 12th.

What’s a little puzzling, as you can see below, is the price, which is $199, exactly the same of the Borderlands 2 Bundle, which also includes the game and an 8 gigabytes memory card. The stand-alone apparently is really stand-alone, not even including a memory card.

In any case, if you really dislike Borderlands 2 (and memory cards), looks like a chance to get the new PS Vita on its own in the United States is coming.
