Today's official blog post on Star Wars Battlefront's planet Sullust created a few questions among the community. Are the images posted real screenshots or artwork? Are the 12 miltiplayer maps really all there's to it?
Community Manager Mathew Everett, comes to the rescue with a few clarifications on Reddit. First of all, he confirmed that the image with the TIE fighters in Sullust's sky is a screenshot. On the other hand, the one with the troopers running among spraying magma is a piece of concept art.
The Magma Troopers running through lava is a piece of concept art and the other is a screenshot.
Secondly, he also mentioned that the twelve multiplayer maps do not include those coming with the free Battle of Jakku DLC, so we'll have more than twelve come December.
No, Battle of Jakku maps are not included in that number.
To be precise, since we already know that Jakku will include two maps, the total will be brought to fourteen.
Finally, he promised information coming in the "near future," more specifically "full details on how AT-ATs will be utilized and controlled" and more details about Battle of Jakku itself.
