Nintendo has recently announced the release date for the Android version of their mobile game Super Mario Run. This happened via the official Nintendo of America Twitter account where it was revealed that the game would arrive next week on March 23. The company announced in January that Super Mario Run would be coming to Android in March, so this date is in line with their estimated release window.Super Mario Run first released for iOS on December 15, 2016 and was immediately downloaded by millions of users. A little over a week after release, Nintendo had reported that the game had been downloaded 50 million times. When last reported in January, Super Mario Run had been downloaded 78 millions times and had brought in approximately $53 million in revenue for Nintendo.
