Halloween is right around the corner with the holiday to official kick off tomorrow, though it's not too late to celebrate this weekend with Supermassive Games' sleeper hit Until Dawn on PS4, with the studio planning to have some festive surprises for All Hallows' Eve.

As previously reported, Supermassive Games is including some surprises in store for players of Until Dawn on Halloween, with the studio revealing that the game's last update included 11 hidden pumpkins throughout the game that will only appear around Halloween.

It's a fun little challenge Supermassive is including to get players in the Halloween spirit, as the studio urges players to search high and low for the pumpkins, take a screenshot, and use the hashtag #UntilDawnPumpkin - the studio's favorite screenshots will be retweeted for the rest of the Until Dawn community to enjoy.

In addition to the challenge, Supermassive also detailed that the studio will be hosting a Director's Commentary livestream today through the "Events" app on PS4, where you can tune in and listen to the developers as they describe the process of creating Until Dawn and perfecting certain scenes.

One last surprise that the studio is giving fans for Halloween was also revealed in the PlayStation Blog, with Supermassive Games releasing a new (and free) PS4 theme in time for Halloween, which is available to download now, and you can see a picture of the theme below.
