Surgeon Simulator: Experience Reality is available right now on PlayStation VR, Bossa Studios announced today. The game will be coming to other devices shortly - on December 5th for the HTC Vive and on December 6th for Oculus Touch, to be precise.

The virtual reality game transports players onto the operating table, where they will be able to perform all of the procedures from the original game, now almost literally with their own two hands.

Including all the original surgeries, Surgeon Simulator: ER adds exclusive new features for VR including brain surgery in the dark, new achievements, and a second hand to perform operations.

The last iteration in the franchise, Surgeon Simulator: Anniversary Edition, arrived on the Playstation 4 on August 12, 2014 for North America. It included everything from the Steam and iPad release bundled all in one. The game had players conduct twenty operations across five different locations.
