The folks over at 2K Sports are gearing up for a road trip. You know what that means: Yes, the MLB 2K12 RV tour is upon us (Pictured above: the 2011 RV). The vehicle will host contests in addition to featuring batting cages and kiosks where players can demo the game at every stop. The tour begins March 9 at Surprise Stadium in Surprise, Texas. There it will be hosted by the Texas Rangers.  The full list of dates awaits you after the jump and you can follow the tour here.

The coast-to-coast journey will end with a five-day stop in Kansas City, Mo. for the MLB All-Star FanFest. Most stops will be hosted by a major league team, with some preceding spring exhibition games. Beginning April 4, 2K will also host its $1 million Perfect Game Challenge, which will eventually pit eight contestants against each other in a pitching match.
